Diagnostic - $40
This will allow us to determine what the problem is and let you, the customer, decide if you want further work done or not.  This $40 fee will be applied toward to the repair.

Data Backup / Transfer / Recovery - Starts at $50
$50 covers data transfers up to 64 GB.  For larger amounts of data, please call us at 301-330-6016 / 240-848-0010 for an estimate.

Virus Removal / PC Tune up - $79
Some viruses can be attached to core system files or hidden so that antivirus software is unable to detect or remove it.  If we cannot remove all the viruses from your system, you may bring your system back within 14 days for a complimentary reformat + reload service (see below).

Operating System Setup / Installation - $79
If you do not already have your own copy of Windows with a valid license key, we can use a new copy.  Windows 11 Home is $119, and Windows 11 Pro is $159.

Cloning Disk Drive and Install - $129
We will clone the system over so you will be able to retain your software application and data.

Desktop Hardware Installation - Starts at $50
CPU, Graphics Cards, Optical/Hard Drives, Power Supplies, etc.….

Notebook Hardware Installation - $79 + Parts.
CPU Fan, Thermal grease, GPU Fan, Dc Jack, Notebook Hinges, LCD, Back cover, Keyboard, Trackpad, Top case, Battery, speakers, etc.….
